International Shipping Information

-I ship internationally but each country's restrictions may vary! My shop is based in the US and if your country is listed here, I unfortunately cannot ship to you at this time.

-Other listed countries that are unavailable for international shipping include Russia and China

Important EU Shipping Notice: Keep in mind if you live in the EU and your country is affected by the VAT laws you will be responsible for managing and paying any of the fees upon your package's arrival.

Shipping Information

-All orders are shipped through USPS in Colorado and are fulfilled by USPS. All orders will be sent out the week you have bought it with exceptions to any items bought under the preorder option!

-US domestic orders can take up to 2-10 days to be delivered to you

-International orders may take up from two weeks to a month to reach your destination, and depending on your country's custom regulations or delays it may take even more time.

-Tracking Information will be available so you may check your package anytime via email.

Cancellations and Returns 

-All sales once payment is recieved are final and cannot be cancelled, refunded, exchanged or modified. In the case you must cancel your order please notify me within the week you ordered and orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

-In a case where your package and merchandise is recieved damaged please contact me via email or the contact page!

-I am unable to compensate you in any lost orders that were untracked I recommend contacting your country's post office for the best support, as it is out of my hands once shipped. Let me know and I will do my best to support you with a new package if needed though! Thank you for understanding!
